TLOA Properties for sale

The following lots are for sale by TLOA. Title/Deed fees will be added to the sale amount. To ensure consistency and proper recording, all offers to purchase property from the Association must be submitted via email to [email protected].

TLOA lots are sold directly by the TLOA.

TLOA does not accept MLS contracts or supply seller's disclosures.

TLOA will not pay buyer agent realtor commission. Buyers choosing to work with a realtor will be responsible for any commission directly to their realtor.

Listed price does not include Title Fees. For a registration fee of $200.00 the TLOA will provide a QUIT CLAIM deed to be registered with the county. Should a buyer wish to work with a title company, buyer will pay all buyer and seller closing costs.

Prorated HOA assessment dues are to be paid at time of purchase.
